Channel Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with technical and sales leadership teams of partners throughout KSA.

• Design and architect security services in collaboration with local partners and distributors utilizing CrowdStrike's Falcon platform.

• Formulate and implement partner enablement strategies that align with go-to-market objectives.

• Promote platform adoption and assist partners in developing unique security offerings.

• Empower partners to integrate the Falcon Platform into their managed services portfolios.

• Support the technical go-to-market strategy and growth initiatives with designated KSA focus partners.

• Design and deliver technical training programs for partners.

• Guide partners towards achieving technical self-sufficiency in service delivery and platform deployment.

• Educate partners on best practices for proof-of-concept and proof-of-value.

• Offer competitive positioning insights within the KSA market.

• Engage in quarterly business reviews and technical planning meetings.

• Propel technical partner programs, including the Falcon Champions initiative.

• Connect KSA partners with CrowdStrike's internal technical and product teams.

• Represent CrowdStrike at local industry events, partner summits, and cybersecurity conferences throughout the Kingdom.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Technical Consulting, Solution Architecture, or Technical Presales within the KSA or broader GCC cybersecurity market.

• Proven track record of cultivating long-term relationships with partners, system integrators, and customers at every level.

• In-depth knowledge of the KSA cybersecurity landscape, NCA regulations, Vision 2030 initiatives, and local market dynamics.

• Experience in designing and deploying enterprise-scale security solutions in the region.

• Familiarity with SIEM/XDR solutions and SOC operations.

• Technical proficiency in endpoint protection, identity management, and security operations.

• Strong competitive intelligence with the ability to effectively position CrowdStrike's Falcon Platform.

• Understanding of threat intelligence and incident response strategies.

• GTM-focused, business-oriented, pipeline-driven mindset as a Solution Architect.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Cultural awareness and professional experience within the KSA business environment.

• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.

• Self-driven, collaborative, highly organized, and adept at problem-solving.

• Comfortable working independently while aligning with regional team objectives.

• Willingness to travel frequently across KSA and occasionally throughout the broader META region.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

• A university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity is required.

• Experience in leveraging AI tools to boost productivity, decision-making, and partner engagement results.

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, SANS, or CEH are preferred.
