This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Formulate sales strategies in collaboration with channel partners to meet revenue targets.
• Co-create annual and quarterly business plans with partners, conducting quarterly business reviews utilizing P&L, balance sheets, financial data, and market insights.
• Analyze territory sales KPIs and financial results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Oversee forecasts for 30/60/90/120 days and compare them against actual supply and demand.
• Discuss supply and demand forecasts with the SCM manager.
• Maintain and update CRM and sales activity reports, which include visits, events, business plans, trainings, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Identify market opportunities and develop channel coverage plans for the territory.
• Establish and nurture relationships with partner executives and contacts in sales, marketing, procurement, technical support, and finance.
• Utilize Inside Sales resources to manage targeted partnerships effectively.
• Drive and monitor sales opportunity pipelines while forecasting territory sales by product and partner.
• Organize or schedule partner training sessions and ensure compliance with Fujifilm partner-program technical certification standards.
• Implement quarterly marketing and demand-generation initiatives.
• Inform partners about product launches, pricing adjustments, and distribution procedures.
• Provide updates to management regarding performance, obstacles, and business requirements.
• Engage in onsite partner meetings, training sessions, joint sales calls, marketing events, web trainings, and business-plan formulation.
• Collaborate with Business Planning and Marketing teams to offer appropriate products and solutions for channel partners.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous sales experience in printing devices/office products and associated software with copier dealers.
• Demonstrated capability to manage sales pipelines and accurately predict product sales.
• In-depth knowledge of market conditions, especially within targeted segments.
• Familiarity with forecasting, pipelines, and proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
• Experience in solution selling and business development.
• Strong financial acumen, including the ability to interpret P&L statements and balance sheets, and guide teams in doing the same.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and align remote teams toward common objectives.
• Capacity to resolve channel conflicts in accordance with management's decisions and directions.
• Excellent time management skills and understanding of long-term and operational planning techniques.
• Proven track record of building robust relationships.
• Knowledge of available company resources and their optimal deployment during sales campaigns.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Essential written and verbal communication proficiencies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Salesforce CRM.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience; advanced degree in business management, operations, or marketing is preferred.
