This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Transform pipeline opportunities into sales-qualified leads through effective customer engagement, discovery calls, and business case development.
• Perform customer discovery calls to confirm business challenges, evaluate Striim compatibility, and identify qualified next steps.
• Record customer interactions and qualification outcomes in Salesforce; ensure 100% accuracy in CRM entries.
• Generate a set number of sales-qualified opportunities each quarter.
• Collaborate on co-selling initiatives with Microsoft account teams, organizing joint customer meetings, technical assessments, and POC scoping.
• Interact with Microsoft stakeholders, including AEs, technical specialists, and partner managers.
• Create an event strategy encompassing pre-event outreach, target accounts, and post-event follow-up plans.
• Implement post-event follow-up with comprehensive action plans and conversion timelines.
• Oversee logistics and communications for partner programs.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene, track partner engagement, and report on the pipeline weekly.
• Provide weekly updates regarding discovery calls, pipeline advancement, blocked opportunities, actions to unblock them, and partner feedback.
• Independently manage multiple programs and prioritize execution tasks.
• Proactively address blockers and take ownership of actions to unblock them.
• 3–5 years of experience in a role focused on partners, channels, or field execution, preferably within a cloud and/or data-centric environment.
• Direct experience with Microsoft Azure in a co-selling or field engagement role.
• Proven success in converting partner referrals into qualified customer opportunities.
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems and a fundamental understanding of the modern data landscape.
• Exceptional execution discipline and follow-through capabilities.
• Systematic follow-up approach with strong calendar management, tracking discipline, and milestone-oriented cadence.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, demonstrating robust process discipline and proficiency in CRM systems.
• Comfortable making go/no-go qualification decisions based on established criteria.
• Confident communicator adept at managing multiple stakeholders across partner organizations, customers, and internal teams.
• Clear written communication skills; capable of summarizing discovery findings and business cases effectively.
• Able to manage programs and execute tasks independently with minimal oversight.
• Proficient in Salesforce, tracking tools, and partner reporting systems.
• Responsive and dependable across email, Slack, chat, and phone communications.
• Willing to travel and participate in in-person events up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and acquire new technical knowledge.
