This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of Artemis’s indirect go-to-market strategy in the UK and Europe.
• Identify and engage strategic channel partners throughout the UK and Europe.
• Develop and oversee partnership agreements, pricing models, and incentive initiatives.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new partners by providing product training, positioning, sales tools, and technical certification.
• Create partner success playbooks.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess pipeline, revenue, and performance metrics.
• Provide support to partner sales teams on complex transactions.
• Collaborate on marketing efforts with partners through webinars, events, case studies, and campaigns.
• Manage the partner portal, training resources, and go-to-market assets.
• Develop forecasting models related to partner revenue and pipeline.
• Identify coverage gaps among partners and recruit new partners to address them.
• Work in tandem with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams on handoffs and partner achievements.
• Achieve revenue targets linked to partner-sourced deals and pipeline.
• 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner sales, or indirect go-to-market roles within B2B technology or cybersecurity sectors.
• Demonstrated success in establishing channel programs from the ground up or enhancing existing ones.
• Strong knowledge of Distributors, Value Added Resellers, MSSPs, and GSIs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple partners concurrently while achieving revenue goals.
• Extensive network within the UK/European cybersecurity or enterprise technology sectors, or the capability to build one rapidly.
• Proficient in negotiating partnerships, pricing, and incentive frameworks.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Experience with CRM and sales operations, particularly with Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar tools.
• Ability to strike a balance between structure and adaptability.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and developing processes from scratch.
• Expertise in cybersecurity or security-related products.
• Experience in creating MDF or partner incentive programs.
• Background in early-stage SaaS companies focused on scaling go-to-market efforts.
