Channel Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Recruit and onboard new channel partners in key segments.

• Evaluate current partner relationships to determine which ones to invest in, rejuvenate, or terminate.

• Assist in designing the commercial model, encompassing referral and reseller terms, fee structures, partner tiers, deal registration, and engagement rules with direct sales.

• Set roadmap priorities and quarterly channel targets, providing monthly reports with the rigor of a sales forecast.

• Create and implement onboarding and enablement programs for new partners.

• Cultivate existing partner relationships to enhance referral volume.

• Collaborate with the go-to-market engineer to ensure that partner-sourced pipelines are trackable in the CRM.

• Co-sell alongside account executives, integrating partners into active opportunities and managing seamless handoffs.

• Work in conjunction with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to synchronize channel objectives with company goals.

• Monitor and assess channel performance, taking corrective actions as necessary.

• Serve as the primary contact for partners, addressing inquiries in a professional manner.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor channel programs.

• Prepare regular channel performance reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or professional services, including at least 2 years in channel, partnerships, alliances, or partner-led business development.

• A current or recent hands-on role.

• Proven track record of building relationships rather than merely maintaining them.

• Comfort with proactive partner recruitment efforts.

• Understanding of how partner contributions are measured, along with insights on optimal metrics.

• Strong grasp of partner acquisition and engagement strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to establish credibility with senior professionals in advisory roles.

• Proficient in data analysis and metrics reporting.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, paired with a proactive problem-solving approach.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
