This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a geographically distributed team of Partner Solutions Architects.
• Provide technical direction, career development planning, and performance management.
• Define and implement technical enablement strategies for HPE’s strategic partner ecosystem.
• Ensure partners are equipped to represent and implement HPE Cloud Operations Suite solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Establish and maintain technical relationships with key partners.
• Act as an escalation point for intricate technical issues and strategic partnership decisions.
• Design and execute scalable enablement processes, best practices, and tools.
• Set technical standards and quality benchmarks for solution architecture and documentation.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on partner certification, deployment success, and channel revenue metrics.
• Lead initiatives for recruitment and team expansion.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to pinpoint partnership opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams.
• Over 10 years of experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical consulting roles.
• At least 3 years of experience engaging with technology partners, channel partners, or in partner enablement roles.
• Profound technical knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud environments, virtualization technologies, monitoring and orchestration platforms, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong familiarity with HPE Cloud Operations Suite components (OpsRamp, Morpheus Enterprise, Morpheus Essentials, Zerto) or similar enterprise monitoring, automation, and data protection solutions.
• Expert-level understanding of cloud operations, monitoring, automation, and data protection technologies.
• Capability to guide complex solution designs and provide technical direction.
• Proven success in building strategic partner relationships and developing joint go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in enabling partners through technical training, certification programs, and collaborative solution development.
• Strong skills in team building, talent development, and performance management.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, measure program effectiveness through KPIs, and convey impact to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
