Channel Partner Presales Solutions Architect Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and guide a geographically dispersed team of Partner Solutions Architects.

• Offer technical direction, career development planning, and performance management.

• Develop and implement technical enablement strategies for the strategic partner ecosystem.

• Ensure partners possess the knowledge and resources necessary to represent and implement HPE Cloud Operations Suite solutions.

• Collaborate with teams in Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.

• Build and sustain technical relationships with key partners.

• Act as an escalation point for intricate technical issues and decisions regarding strategic partnerships.

• Design and establish scalable processes, best practices, and tools for partner technical enablement.

• Set technical standards and quality benchmarks for solution architecture.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on partner certification progress, solution deployment success rates, and the impact of partner-channel revenue.

• Lead recruitment initiatives and enhance team capabilities.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.

• Direct strategic technical orientation and identify new partnership opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams.

• Over 10 years of experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical consulting roles.

• At least 3 years of experience collaborating with technology partners, channel partners, or in partner enablement roles.

• Extensive technical knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud environments, virtualization technologies, monitoring and orchestration platforms, and enterprise IT infrastructure.

• Strong familiarity with HPE Cloud Operations Suite components (OpsRamp, Morpheus Enterprise, Morpheus Essentials, Zerto) or comparable enterprise monitoring, automation, and data protection solutions.

• Expert-level understanding of cloud operations, monitoring, automation, and data protection technologies.

• Capability to guide complex solution designs and provide technical direction to internal teams and partner organizations.

• Proven track record in building strategic partner relationships and developing joint go-to-market strategies.

• Experience in enabling partners through technical training, certification programs, and collaborative solution development.

• Strong skills in team building, talent development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Exceptional analytical abilities and strategic planning skills.

• Skill in translating business objectives into technical roadmaps, assessing program effectiveness through KPIs, and communicating impact to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
