This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a geographically diverse team of Partner Solutions Architects.
• Provide technical direction, career development planning, and performance oversight.
• Define and implement technical enablement strategies for the strategic partner ecosystem.
• Ensure partners can effectively represent and implement HPE Cloud Operations Suite solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Establish and nurture technical relationships with key partners.
• Act as an escalation point for intricate technical issues and strategic partnership decisions.
• Design and execute scalable processes, best practices, and tools for partner technical enablement.
• Set technical standards and quality benchmarks for solution architecture and documentation.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on partner certification progress, solution deployment success rates, and partner-channel revenue impact.
• Drive recruitment efforts and enhance team capabilities.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to steer technical direction and identify partnership opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams.
• Over 10 years of experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical consulting roles.
• At least 3 years of experience working with technology partners, channel partners, or in partner enablement roles.
• In-depth technical knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud environments, virtualization technologies, monitoring and orchestration platforms, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong familiarity with HPE Cloud Operations Suite components (OpsRamp, Morpheus Enterprise, Morpheus Essentials, Zerto) or similar enterprise monitoring, automation, and data protection solutions.
• Expert-level understanding of cloud operations, monitoring, automation, and data protection technologies.
• Proven capability to forge strategic partner relationships and develop joint go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in technical training, certification programs, and collaborative solution development.
• Strong leadership skills in team building, talent development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Capacity to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and assess program effectiveness through KPIs.
