This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Develop Ramp's Canadian channel strategy and operational framework from scratch.
β’ Research, identify, source, qualify, and onboard new Canadian partners.
β’ Formulate joint go-to-market and activation strategies to enhance the Canadian partner ecosystem.
β’ Generate revenue for Ramp by driving referrals.
β’ Cultivate trusted relationships with decision-makers and operators within partner organizations.
β’ Inform partners about Ramp's Canadian capabilities, value proposition, and updates.
β’ Oversee partner onboarding, activation, pipeline generation, and conduct regular business reviews.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Canadian Sales team to advance partner-referred opportunities.
β’ Work alongside Product to identify recurring partner needs and influence the Canadian roadmap.
β’ Over 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in partner sales, business development, channel partnerships, or a similar role.
β’ Demonstrated success in sourcing and managing partnerships.
β’ A self-starter with a knack for detail-oriented tasks.
β’ Strong discovery and consultative selling abilities.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong operational discipline and adeptness in utilizing data to enhance performance.
β’ Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Strong cross-functional judgment with a history of success in cross-functional collaborations.
β’ Familiarity with the Canadian business and technology landscape.
β’ Comfort in using AI tools to execute high-quality work efficiently.
β’ Professional proficiency or native-level fluency in French is a plus.
β’ Established presence in the Canadian accounting, advisory, private equity, venture capital, financial services, or technology partner networks is advantageous.
β’ Understanding of finance and accounting workflows and solutions is a plus.
