This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Locate, pitch, secure, and onboard local contractor partners throughout Florida
• Identify and prioritize contractor prospects in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and related fields using online research, trade networks, referrals, and cold outreach
• Evaluate prospects, perform field assessments, deliver partner presentations, and conduct site walkthroughs
• Manage partnership agreements, NDAs, data-sharing provisions, and partner staff directories
• Coordinate the delivery and storage of Hydropack at partner facilities
• Supervise show-site deployment, which includes concrete pad installation, electrical work, and commissioning
• Provide in-person training and oversee phased installation certification
• Create partner integration plans that encompass CRM, service calls, inbound phone handling, dispatch, scheduling, lead handoff, escalation, and reporting
• Act as the main contact for partners and manage service escalations with Aquaria
• Collaborate with marketing on approved co-branded outreach and give partners visibility into their pipeline and revenue through dashboards
• Maintain partner engagement, productivity, and growth throughout the relationship
• Reside in or be willing to relocate to Central Florida (Orlando area), with the flexibility to travel regularly to Tampa and South Florida
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, channel partnerships, or similar roles, with the ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals
• Strong skills in relationship management and comfort representing the company to external businesses
• Willingness and capacity to travel regularly throughout Florida, including overnight trips
• A valid driver's license is required
• Comfort working in field settings, including job sites, contractor shops, and equipment
• Technical proficiency to discuss installation, electrical, and plumbing requirements and coordinate installations
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a prospect pipeline and an active partner portfolio across multiple metropolitan areas
• Experience in selling to plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, electrical, or construction industries, particularly in Florida (preferred)
• Background in establishing or managing a channel, dealer, or franchise program (preferred)
• Familiarity with contractor CRM systems such as ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro, as well as marketing and CRM tools (preferred)
• Interest in water technology, sustainability, or off-grid/resilience products (preferred)
• Get in early on a category-defining water technology at a crucial growth juncture
• Have a role with genuine scope and autonomy — build and manage your own portfolio of partners across the entire state
