This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Identification and recruitment of channel partners.
β’ Formulate and implement a channel recruitment strategy to discover, attract, and onboard high-potential channel partners.
β’ Proactively analyze target markets, industries, and territories to find potential channel partners in line with the business growth strategy.
β’ Establish and sustain a strong recruitment pipeline of prospective resellers, distributors, integrators, and strategic partners.
β’ Ensure recruitment efforts enhance and reinforce the existing channel, minimizing overlap or conflicts among partners.
β’ Oversee partner recruitment initiatives, including prospecting, outreach, qualification, business case formulation, and contract negotiations.
β’ Achieve new partner acquisition targets assessed by partner signings, activation rates, and revenue contributions.
β’ Create partner business plans to ensure swift time-to-value and early sales success.
β’ Ensure new partners undergo necessary training and certifications to reach operational readiness.
β’ Evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding and eliminate obstacles that may hinder partner productivity.
β’ Cultivate strategic relationships with newly onboarded partners to maximize engagement and foster long-term growth.
β’ Monitor recruitment effectiveness using relevant KPIs.
β’ Commercially savvy with robust negotiation capabilities.
β’ Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
β’ Strong presentation and communication abilities.
β’ Data-oriented with the capacity to analyze performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.
