This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of Channel Marketing programs and strategic initiatives for the Jacuzzi Group brands.
• Direct projects from initial planning through to execution, defining scope, timelines, responsibilities, deliverables, and required resources.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand Marketing, Digital, Finance, IT, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage various programs and projects while addressing dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
• Utilize program data and analytics to assess initiatives and uncover trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain program KPIs, dashboards, and tracking systems.
• Convert program insights into practical recommendations.
• Assist in business reviews and planning through program analysis and performance insights.
• Act as a liaison for Channel Marketing to field sales.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify dealer and market requirements.
• Create program communications, presentations, training materials, and resources for sales enablement.
• Collect feedback from the field and dealers, coordinating responses with internal teams.
• Administer and manage the Retail Advantage Marketplace and dealer marketing programs.
• Coordinate Marketplace initiatives, vendor relationships, program updates, and supplementary resources.
• Track and reconcile invoices.
• Maintain budget and invoice trackers, and assist with accruals, forecasting, and invoice processing.
• Support customer and dealer loyalty programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for program implementation, communications, engagement, and field adoption.
• Assist with additional Channel Marketing initiatives, dealer communications, sales enablement tools, and special projects.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in channel marketing, marketing, program management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capability to leverage program data and KPIs to generate insights and inform business decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and managing marketing programs from planning and development through to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Strong project and program management abilities.
• Proficient in managing multiple initiatives, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Business and financial acumen, including comfort in managing budgets, invoices, program costs, and performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or global manufacturing environment.
• Background in supporting a dealer, distributor, franchise, or other indirect sales channels.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM platforms, business intelligence/reporting tools, or marketing platforms.
• Experience in managing dealer or loyalty programs.
• Knowledge of using AI and emerging technologies to improve analysis, content creation, and process efficiency.
