This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of marketing across all partner channels.
• Establish clear marketing objectives in collaboration with channel owners and define marketing contributions.
• Evaluate effective initiatives and expand them across additional partners and channels.
• Convert requirements from Sales and Business Development into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with channel owners to create repeatable marketing processes.
• Segment and engage tax advisors and accounting firms, transforming them into paying customers.
• Create referral mechanisms, campaigns, and materials tailored for accounting firms.
• Assist partners in customer acquisition and development.
• Design partner enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, sales talking points, email templates, campaign kits, and training resources.
• Advance affiliate and referral initiatives.
• Contribute to the marketing aspect of strategic go-to-market processes.
• Plan and execute channel campaigns across email, paid marketing, content, design, and the website.
• Develop and assess email sequences.
• Brief landing pages and content while optimizing conversion rates and user journeys.
• Tailor campaigns to various partner segments.
• Organize and follow up on webinars, workshops, and events.
• Experiment with different approaches and utilize results to continue, adjust, or cease initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales to establish an end-to-end journey from initial contact to closure.
• Define handover points between Marketing, partners, and Sales.
• Ensure that campaigns, leads, and partner activities are traceable within the CRM.
• Assess the contribution of channels and initiatives to qualified leads, closed deals, and revenue.
• Regularly report on marketing and channel KPIs and outline subsequent steps.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in partner, channel, affiliate, or sales marketing.
• Proven experience in independently managing marketing initiatives from conception to execution and evaluation.
• Ability to translate sales and partner objectives into concrete marketing initiatives and implement them with stakeholders.
• Experience in running multi-channel campaigns and assessing success based on leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Strong expertise in email marketing, especially in segmentation, campaign sequences, and performance analysis.
• Capability to produce marketing materials for partners and Sales.
• Experience working collaboratively with Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and marketing tools, along with data-driven evaluation of initiatives and channels.
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented work ethic.
• Business-fluent German language skills.
• Proficient English for collaboration with international partners.
• Preferred: Experience in SaaS, software, FinTech, or financial services.
• Preferred: Knowledge of tax advisory, bookkeeping, or accounting.
• Preferred: Experience with resellers, affiliates, referral programs, or white-label partnerships.
• Preferred: Experience in partner enablement.
• Preferred: Experience with landing pages, conversion optimization, or marketing automation.
• Preferred: Experience with webinars, events, or joint campaigns with partners.
