This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.
• Create and execute the strategic vision for Darktrace's partner ecosystem in Northern Europe.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard key VAR, SI, MSSP, and technology alliance partners.
• Foster and sustain productive relationships with current partners.
• Drive revenue growth through partners and meet or surpass regional sales objectives.
• Formulate and implement joint business plans with essential partners.
• Design and deliver training programs, sales tools, and technical resources for partners.
• Empower internal field teams and external partners to effectively position, sell, and support Darktrace solutions.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of partner managers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, professional services, and product teams.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and the partner landscape.
• Provide forecasts and regular updates on partner performance, pipeline, and strategic initiatives to the EMEA VP of the Global Partner Organisation.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in partner leadership roles within the cybersecurity or enterprise software sector, with a focus on the Northern Europe market.
• More than 5 years of experience in directly managing a team of CAMs and/or PBMs.
• A proven history of building and scaling successful partner programs and surpassing revenue goals.
• In-depth understanding of VARs, SIs, MSSPs, and technology alliances.
• Established network and relationships with key partners in the region.
• Capability to develop and implement comprehensive partner strategies.
• Experience in building, managing, and motivating high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate value propositions effectively to partners and customers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Northern European region.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
