This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct research to identify potential resellers and system integrators that align with public sector growth objectives.
• Assist senior team members in assessing partner compatibility based on market presence and existing affiliations.
• Maintain and update the partner pipeline along with tracking systems.
• Support partners throughout the public sector sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
• Aid partners in navigating RFPs and meeting basic compliance requirements.
• Provide guidance on positioning and competitive insights for public safety applications.
• Act as a consistent point of contact for current channel partners.
• Monitor partner performance against established metrics, including partner-sourced revenue and pipeline expansion.
• Identify partner issues early and escalate them to senior team members.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and direct sales teams on messaging and joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Relay partner and market insights to the broader channel team.
• Work closely with the Channel Partnership Manager and sales team to synchronize partnership activities with overall strategy.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in IT or enterprise sales, channel partnerships, or business development.
• Proven track record in contributing to sales or partnership outcomes, such as pipeline growth or deal assistance.
• A keen interest in public sector or public safety markets.
• Familiarity with SaaS or cloud-based enterprise solutions is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Comfort in collaborating with partner organizations and internal teams.
• An established network among system integrators, resellers, or technology vendors is preferred.
• Background or coursework in AI, video intelligence, data analytics, or related enterprise software is preferred.
• General understanding of government procurement or compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP or StateRAMP is preferred.
