This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Establish and nurture productive relationships with key stakeholders within assigned Select Partner accounts.
• Propel partner performance and foster long-term business growth.
• Create and implement partner business, enablement, and training plans focused on joint performance objectives, business priorities, and certification milestones.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Support, Services, and Leadership teams to provide an outstanding partner experience.
• Oversee pipeline management and sales forecasting activities.
• Ensure accurate opportunity records are maintained in Salesforce and guide opportunities to closure.
• Achieve and surpass revenue targets, sales quotas, and strategic growth goals within the designated territory.
• Promote the adoption and sales of new technologies and solutions throughout the partner ecosystem.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new qualified partners.
• Manage channel alignment through proactive communication and compliance with Arctic Wolf's channel program guidelines.
• Work in collaboration with local, international, and Nordic-region stakeholders to expand Arctic Wolf's Swedish partner network.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Channel Account Manager (CAM) role.
• A proven track record of success in channel sales and partner development.
• 2+ years of experience in channel sales and territory management within the networking, cybersecurity, or related technology sectors.
• Experience in developing and executing business and marketing plans in partnership with collaborators.
• A solid understanding and experience working within a distribution channel sales model.
• Proven expertise in sales forecasting, opportunity identification, pipeline management, and closing deals.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to excel and achieve results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-focused mindset with an emphasis on enhancing partner and business success.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
• Background checks are mandatory for this role.
