This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.
• Establish and nurture effective relationships with key stakeholders across designated Select Partner accounts.
• Propel partner performance and facilitate sustainable business growth.
• Formulate and implement partner business, enablement, and training strategies with shared performance goals, business priorities, and certification targets.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Support, Services, and Leadership teams to provide an outstanding partner experience.
• Manage pipeline and sales forecasting, ensure accurate opportunity documentation in Salesforce, and guide opportunities to closure.
• Achieve and surpass revenue targets, sales quotas, and strategic growth goals within the designated territory.
• Promote the adoption and sales of innovative technologies and solutions throughout the partner ecosystem.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture new qualifying partners.
• Oversee channel alignment through proactive communication and compliance with Arctic Wolf's channel program standards.
• Enhance Arctic Wolf's presence in Norway by cultivating, enabling, and expanding partner relationships.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Channel Account Manager (CAM) capacity.
• Proven success in channel sales and partner development.
• 2+ years of experience in channel sales and territory management in the networking, cybersecurity, or related technology fields.
• Experience in crafting and executing business and marketing strategies in partnership with collaborators.
• Strong understanding of and experience with a distribution channel sales model.
• Demonstrated proficiency in sales forecasting, opportunity recognition, pipeline management, and closing deals.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to excel and produce results in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to fostering partner and business success.
• Proficiency in English and Norwegian, both written and verbal.
• Background checks will be conducted for this position.
