This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create and implement a detailed partner strategy specifically for Western Canada.
• Identify and prioritize partners with high growth potential and allocate resources accordingly.
• Foster consistent pipeline generation and revenue growth through opportunities driven or influenced by partners.
• Maintain precise forecasting and territory planning.
• Build trusted relationships with partner executives, sales leaders, technical teams, and essential stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key partners.
• Align Arctic Wolf resources with partner growth strategies and business goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and cultivate strategic partners throughout the territory.
• Encourage partner involvement in enablement programs, certifications, campaigns, and sales initiatives.
• Develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
• Collaborate on demand generation, account mapping, executive engagement, customer events, and opportunity development.
• Discover new market routes and enhance Arctic Wolf's presence in the territory.
• Assist in acquiring new logos and expedite the conversion of early-stage opportunities.
• Utilize distribution and ecosystem relationships to enhance market coverage and growth.
• Work in conjunction with Customer Success and Sales teams to explore customer retention and expansion opportunities.
• Collect and relay partner feedback to influence future programs, initiatives, and investments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Operations, and Distribution teams.
• Ensure a seamless partner experience throughout the partner lifecycle.
• Aid in conflict resolution and uphold alignment with Arctic Wolf's channel-first philosophy and partner program guidelines.
• 5+ years of experience in channel, partner, sales, business development, or account management within the technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in building and nurturing partner relationships.
• Experience in developing business plans and executing collaborative go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM and forecasting systems.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and effectively operate in a matrixed organization.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, networking, or enterprise software.
• Experience working with solution providers, VARs, national partners, and distribution partners.
• Proven track record of managing relationships at the executive level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
• Candidates participating in remote interviews are expected to be on camera during all video discussions.
• Background checks are mandatory for this role.
