Change Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +42 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate change management initiatives across multiple departments.

• Create and execute change management strategies and plans that align with business goals.

• Enhance employee adoption and foresee downstream effects across various functions.

• Perform impact assessments, partner analyses, and readiness evaluations.

• Establish people-specific objectives and key results that support benefit realization.

• Implement change strategies and engage participants with increasing autonomy.

• Work alongside project managers to embed change management activities within project plans.

• Craft and deliver communication and training plans.

• Mentor and assist leaders in their roles related to change leadership.

• Recognize and manage expected resistance, developing strategies to mitigate it.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management efforts and adoption metrics.

• Ensure adherence to CSAA IG change management standards, including ADKAR, Prosci, and Proxima for key critical projects.

• Design, develop, and implement User Acceptance Testing strategies and plans as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

• BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Extensive knowledge and proven experience with change management processes and tools, including team member analysis and management, impact assessment, sponsorship engagement, change strategy, and development of change narratives for complex, large-scale change initiatives.

• Exceptional analytical skills to conduct, interpret, and influence decisions based on change management data.

• Strong facilitation skills and understanding of effective group dynamics principles and processes.

• Proficient knowledge and application of training and communication methodologies and guidelines.

• Strong understanding of project management and other lifecycle methodologies.

• Capable of influencing at the department/division level across various leadership tiers.

• Robust skills in sponsorship coaching and alignment, resistance management, and behavior change.

• Significant knowledge of the insurance industry or shared services/consulting functions.

• Prosci certification or equivalent change management training is preferred.

• MA degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel as needed for the role, including divisional/team meetings and other in-person gatherings.

• Must possess authorization to work indefinitely in the U.S.
