This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +41 more states.
β’ Lead and facilitate change management initiatives across one or more departments.
β’ Create and execute change management strategies and plans that align with business goals.
β’ Enhance employee adoption and foresee downstream effects across various functions.
β’ Perform impact assessments, partner analyses, and readiness evaluations.
β’ Establish people-specific objectives and key results to aid in benefit realization.
β’ Implement change strategies and engage participants with increasing autonomy.
β’ Work in collaboration with project managers to weave change management activities into project plans.
β’ Develop and present communication and training plans.
β’ Mentor and assist leaders in fulfilling their change leadership responsibilities.
β’ Recognize and manage expected resistance while creating mitigation strategies.
β’ Monitor and report on change management effectiveness and adoption metrics.
β’ Ensure adherence to CSAA IG change management standards, including ADKAR, Prosci, and Proxima for key critical initiatives.
β’ Design, develop, and implement User Acceptance Testing strategies and plans when necessary.
β’ At least 8 years of relevant experience.
β’ BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Extensive knowledge and demonstrated application of change management processes and tools, including team member analysis and management, impact assessment, sponsorship engagement, change strategy, and change story development for complex, large-scale change initiatives.
β’ Exceptional analytical skills to conduct, interpret, and influence decisions based on change management data.
β’ Strong facilitation skills and understanding of effective group dynamics concepts and processes.
β’ Proficient working knowledge and application of training and communication methodologies and guidelines.
β’ Solid understanding of project management and other lifecycle methodologies.
β’ Strong capacity to influence at the department/division level and across different leadership tiers.
β’ Proficient skills in sponsorship coaching and alignment, resistance management, and behavior change.
β’ Significant knowledge of the insurance business or shared services/consulting functions.
β’ Prosci certification or equivalent change management training is preferred.
β’ MA degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
β’ Willingness to travel as required for the position, including divisional/team meetings and other in-person engagements.
β’ Applicants must be authorized to work indefinitely in the United States.
