Change Management Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize a structured approach to facilitate change management initiatives.

• Implement change management processes and tools to develop strategies for adopting project or initiative modifications.

• Partner with client executives and sponsors to establish a Case for Change, which includes project vision/value statements with concrete objectives.

• Assist in communication efforts.

• Aid in the design, development, delivery, and oversight of communications.

• Evaluate change impact.

• Perform impact analyses, assess readiness for change, and pinpoint key stakeholders.

• Contribute to training initiatives.

• Conduct change management assessments.

• Ensure adherence to project management and change management standards.

• Offer insights, document requirements, and assist in the design and execution of training programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role related to technology or process change implementations.

• At least 2 years dedicated to Change Management.

• Proven experience as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders.

• Familiarity with full life-cycle project development, encompassing requirements, design, development, testing, and rollout.

• Preferred experience in managing change initiatives for Financial systems, Human Resource systems, and/or Supply Chain systems.

• Experience in supporting organizational design and defining roles and responsibilities.

• Capability to integrate change management activities into project plans.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely while supporting clients and team members.

• Alignment with Peloton's culture and company values.

• Willingness to travel is required.

• Preferred certifications in CMP, Prosci, or other change management methodologies.
