Change Management & Communications Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the communications and change management lead, supporting the global People team and various employee programs and initiatives.

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies for business and organizational transformations, new program rollouts, and existing offerings.

• Organize, create, and disseminate employee-centric content, such as videos, presentations, internal messages, and events.

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of communications and change management efforts, adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Discover opportunities to enhance communications and change management practices at both team/function and company-wide levels.

• Ensure alignment of the People team and functional communications with Payward’s brand voice and global internal communication strategy.

• Report directly to the Head of Internal Communications & Engagement.

• Collaborate with the People Team and business leaders across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in internal communications and change management.

• Proven experience in working with HR and delivering HR-focused change communication programs.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Capability to devise creative and effective solutions to challenging communication issues.

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.

• Daily collaboration required with leaders in central and west-coast US time zones.

• Preference given to candidates based in the US.
