Cellular Therapy Account Director – Northeast

📋 Description

• Spearhead disease awareness initiatives during the preapproval stage.

• Cultivate relationships with both clinical and non-clinical experts to gain insights into unmet needs and patient pathways.

• Oversee the onboarding process for the launch of an allogeneic cell therapy.

• Navigate intricate account environments and work collaboratively with medical, value and access, and cell therapy operations teams.

• Leverage customer insights and analytical data to formulate and implement strategic account plans.

• Provide training to treatment center staff on procedures and enhance operational workflows.

• Conduct education on disease states, facilitate site-of-care onboarding, perform market mapping, and engage in research activities.

• Involve medical experts in discussions around cell therapy, bone marrow transplantation, lymphoma, and solid organ transplantation.

• Inform physicians about disease severity, unmet medical needs, standard treatment protocols, and patient experiences.

• Develop and uphold detailed site account plans while executing territory business strategies with account-specific KPIs.

• Map out institutional processes, patient pathways, and referral networks.

• Collaborate with service line directors, administrators, coordinators, pharmacy committees, transplant administrators, and medical societies.

• Partner with marketing to create US promotional materials for the launch.

• Assist in professional meetings, exhibits, scientific session reporting, and consultations with medical experts.

• Lead coordination with internal field-facing, market access, medical affairs, and cell therapy technical operations teams.

• Post-approval, actively promote Tab-cel Ebvallo using insights from the disease landscape, product knowledge, and clinical expertise.

• Share insights on accounts and HCPs, business trends, competitive movements, and changes in the therapeutic landscape.

• Promote appropriate product utilization and educate stakeholders on the efficacy and safety of Tab-cel.

• Generate urgency in treating suitable patients utilizing approved promotional materials.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and both US state and federal regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the biopharma sector.

• Extensive knowledge in cell or gene therapy service lines.

• Proven success in a collaborative and complex matrix environment.

• Capacity to comprehend and communicate intricate treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated high level of scientific understanding.

• Sales experience within ultra-rare disease areas, preferably CGT.

• Ability to access and manage business information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Pierre Fabre policies.

• A genuine passion for improving patients' lives.

• Experience in launching products in high-acuity therapeutic areas, such as ultra-rare diseases.

• Existing connections within cell therapy, bone marrow transplantation, and solid organ transplantation service lines.

• Experience overseeing large territories.

• Familiarity with rare oncology and/or transplant environments.

• Successful history of account management in major academic institutions.

• Willingness to engage in regular daily and overnight travel within the designated business territory, up to 70%.
