Cellular Therapy Account Director – North Central

📋 Description

• Spearhead disease awareness initiatives during the preapproval stage.

• Cultivate relationships with both clinical and non-clinical experts to gain insights into unmet needs and patient journeys.

• Oversee onboarding processes for the launch of an allogeneic cell therapy.

• Navigate intricate account environments and collaborate with medical, value and access, and cell therapy operations teams.

• Develop and implement strategic account plans based on customer insights and analytical data.

• Train staff at treatment centers on processes to remove obstacles and enhance operational workflows.

• Conduct education on disease states, site-of-care onboarding, market mapping, and research activities.

• Identify and engage medical experts in cell therapy, bone marrow transplantation, lymphoma, and solid organ transplantation.

• Analyze processes at cell therapy and transplant centers and evaluate onboarding requirements for allogeneic cell therapies.

• Educate healthcare providers on disease severity, unmet medical needs, standard treatments, and patient journeys.

• Create and maintain comprehensive site account plans.

• Coordinate with Pierre Fabre functions to ensure efficient customer experiences and expedite access to Tab-cel Ebvallo.

• Map institutional operations, patient flows, and referral networks.

• Implement territory business plans with account-specific KPIs and strategies.

• Collaborate with service line directors, administrators, coordinators, pharmacy committees, transplant administrators, medical societies, and other external stakeholders.

• Work with marketing on US promotional materials for the launch.

• Manage relationships with key commercial stakeholders within targeted institutions.

• Support professional meetings, staff exhibits, report on scientific sessions, and facilitate discussions with medical experts.

• Foster collaboration across field-facing teams, market access, medical affairs, and cell therapy technical operations.

• Promote Tab-cel Ebvallo through extensive knowledge of the EBV+ PTLD landscape, product details, and clinical expertise.

• Share insights on accounts and healthcare providers with cross-functional partners to enhance stakeholder and patient experiences.

• Encourage appropriate product usage through education and customer support.

• Inform stakeholders about the efficacy and safety of Tab-cel.

• Create urgency to treat eligible patients using approved promotional materials.

• Perform additional duties as assigned based on evolving business needs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the biopharma industry.

• Extensive expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines.

• Proven experience in a collaborative and complex matrix environment.

• Ability to comprehend and communicate intricate treatment modalities.

• High scientific aptitude demonstrated through experience.

• Sales experience in ultra-rare diseases, preferably in CGT.

• Capability to appropriately access and manage business information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Pierre Fabre policies.

• A strong passion for making a positive impact on patients’ lives.

• Launch experience in a high-acuity therapeutic area such as ultra-rare diseases (preferred).

• Established connections in cell therapy, bone marrow transplantation, and solid organ transplantation service lines (preferred).

• Experience managing extensive geographies (preferred).

• Background in rare oncology and/or transplant settings (preferred).

• Documented success in account management within large academic institutions (preferred).

• Willingness to travel regularly, including daily and overnight trips, within the assigned territory, up to 70%.
