This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Establish and nurture relationships with Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs) across the Midwest region.
• Act as the primary liaison between Autolus and the ATCs.
• Promote the optimal use of Autolus’ CAR T therapies within the accounts.
• Organize Autolus initiatives within ATCs and develop cross-functional strategic account plans.
• Manage account profiles while building connections with senior leaders, thought leaders, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify the needs of stakeholders and work with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Quality, and other teams to develop effective solutions.
• Oversee site qualification, site setup, and patient treatment activities.
• Handle compliance-related tasks, including regular audits.
• Deliver clinical guidance to clinical staff.
• Supervise activities in the patient treatment area to ensure adherence to Chain of Identity compliance with SOP protocols.
• Evaluate therapy performance and implement strategic account plans.
• Educate ATC stakeholders on Autolus therapies, approved messaging, and clinical data.
• Maintain clinical knowledge in haematology, immunology, acute lymphoblastic leukemia (aALL) disease and treatment, and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
• Provide feedback and insights to Medical Affairs from interactions with healthcare professionals.
• Assist in professional meetings by staffing exhibits, summarizing scientific sessions, and facilitating discussions with thought leaders.
• Report on account trends, changes in the therapeutic landscape, industry challenges, and business opportunities to Autolus management.
• Engage in grassroots advocacy and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Autolus policies.
• Identify, communicate, and manage site-specific symposiums and clinical opportunities related to aALL and CAR-T.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, combined with extensive experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in the haematology and oncology disease and treatment landscape.
• Proven track record of effective CAR-T oncology account management in both academic and non-academic environments (preferred).
• Experience with the launch of one or more CAR-T products in the United States (preferred).
• Established history of leading cross-functional teams and fostering B2B opportunities (preferred).
• Experience in gathering customer insights and driving operational changes (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and achieve outstanding results (preferred).
• Demonstrated success in managing large accounts.
• Experience in direct or indirect line leadership.
• Strong skills in brand differentiation.
• In-depth clinical knowledge of the haematology/oncology disease and treatment landscape.
• Solid clinical understanding of cell therapy and the ability to manage complex treatment logistics.
• Competence in accessing and managing business information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Autolus policies.
