This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with Autolus’ Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs).
• Act as the primary liaison between the ATC and Autolus.
• Promote the appropriate use of Autolus’ CAR T therapies within partner accounts.
• Establish and maintain detailed account profiles for designated ATCs.
• Forge business relationships with senior leadership, thought leaders, decision-makers, and crucial stakeholders.
• Organize Autolus activities within ATCs to create a seamless interface.
• Recognize stakeholder needs and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Quality to devise solutions.
• Coordinate site qualification, setup, and patient treatment procedures.
• Oversee compliance-related tasks, including regular audits.
• Deliver clinical training to clinical personnel.
• Supervise activities in treatment areas to ensure adherence to Chain of Identity according to SOP protocols.
• Evaluate therapy performance and implement strategic account plans.
• Educate stakeholders at ATCs about Autolus therapies, approved messaging, and clinical data.
• Offer feedback and insights from interactions with healthcare professionals to Medical Affairs.
• Support professional gatherings, manage staff exhibits, report on scientific sessions, and facilitate meetings with thought leaders.
• Inform management about account trends, changes in the therapeutic landscape, industry challenges, and business prospects.
• Engage in grassroots advocacy and involvement activities within the territory.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Autolus policies.
• Identify, communicate, and manage site-specific symposiums and clinical opportunities related to aALL and CAR-T.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a broad range of experience.
• 5–7 years of clinical expertise in the haematology/oncology disease and treatment landscape.
• Proven experience in managing CAR-T oncology accounts in both academic and non-academic environments (preferred).
• Experience with the launch of one or more CAR-T products in the US (preferred).
• Established track record in leading cross-functional teams and fostering B2B opportunities (preferred).
• Experience in gathering customer insights and driving operational changes (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and achieve outstanding results (preferred).
• Extensive overnight travel is necessary.
• Successful management of large accounts.
• Direct or indirect line leadership experience.
• Strong skills in brand differentiation.
• Deep clinical knowledge in haematology/oncology.
• Strong understanding of cell therapy and complex treatment logistics.
• Ability to manage business information in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Autolus policies.
