Casino Manager, Sportsbook Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee product content across various casino brands

• Integrate and configure casino games

• Develop and sustain game categories

• Update and manage sliders and widgets

• Collaborate with game providers

• Organize and oversee casino tournaments

• Partner with the HQ Sportsbook team to emphasize relevant sporting events, markets, and promotions within the product

• Evaluate competitors’ sportsbook offerings and odds, providing insights and recommendations for enhancements

• Track product performance and player engagement using relevant KPIs and analytics tools

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in online sportsbook operations or a related sports betting role

• Comprehensive understanding of sportsbook mechanics, betting markets, odds, margins, and the sports calendar

• Readiness to prioritize casino operations as the primary focus of the role

• Experience with casino products, whether on the game provider side or within a product company, is advantageous

• Knowledge of leading casino game providers and key games across different casino product types would be beneficial

• Capability to work with product KPIs and metrics

• Proficiency with Tableau or other analytics platforms to assess and evaluate your work's impact

• Basic Figma skills for creating and modifying simple designs

• Familiarity with AI tools in daily tasks would be a significant advantage

• Open communication style and a willingness to both give and receive feedback

• Self-awareness and the capacity to critically assess the quality of your own work

• Initiative and drive to launch new projects and realize ideas

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
