Cash Application Reconciliation Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Reconcile daily cash with patient accounting systems.

• Manage bank deposits and maintain payment spreadsheets.

• Preserve data for audit requirements.

• Investigate and respond to patient inquiries.

• Execute accounts receivable tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in cash posting, reconciliation, or bookkeeping is essential.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with insurance claims processing and third-party reimbursement practices is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including grammar and spelling.

• Capability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to deadlines.

• Demonstrated initiative and a willingness to accept responsibility and accountability.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment.

• Residency in Washington State is required.
