This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee documentation related to benefits, case updates, follow-up actions, and communications for reimbursement support.
• Address common reimbursement challenges, documentation inconsistencies, and workflow anomalies.
• Ensure precise maintenance of case records, reimbursement documents, and system updates.
• Track reimbursement patterns, recurring challenges, and indicators for escalation.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to synchronize communications, clarify reimbursement criteria, and assist in case resolution.
• Participate in enhancing processes, updating workflows, and preparing for operational readiness.
• A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years in reimbursement support, patient services, customer operations, healthcare support services, case coordination, claims assistance, or a related area is required.
• Certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer support, service management, customer relationship management systems, or process improvement is preferred.
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment screening tests, which may include drug screening and background checks in accordance with state or local laws.
