Case Manager – RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Leverage clinical nursing expertise to create plans that address patients' healthcare needs.

• Act as an advocate for patients.

• Complete the orientation program for case management.

• Conduct rare onsite evaluations of patients at their homes, hospitals, or other necessary locations.

• Available to work Monday through Friday, with no weekend or night shifts.

• Uphold high standards and quality in a remote case management position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a Registered Nurse (RN) designation.

• Must have an unrestricted license or certification in the state or in a state that has licensure reciprocity with the office location.

• At least 2 years of full-time experience in an acute inpatient setting or specialized area, such as ICU, ER, Oncology, NICU, or Acute Rehabilitation.

• Successful completion of the case management orientation program is required.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Basic typing ability and computer literacy are required.

• A minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute is necessary.

• Previous experience in case management is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Experience in case management or the insurance industry is advantageous but not required.

• No significant physical exertion is expected.

• Remote employees must reside in Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, or Utah.
