Caregiver Recruiter, Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and refresh caregiver job listings on Indeed and CareerPlug utilizing Indeed's applicant tracking system.

• Proactively recruit caregivers and engage with potential candidates.

• Manage candidate follow-ups and correspondence via email.

• Assist successful candidates through the initial onboarding process.

• Request, organize, and keep track of necessary employment documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in recruiting within a corporate environment or as a Virtual Assistant.

• Proficient in GSuite, Microsoft 365, and AI tools.

• Familiarity with WellSky and Indeed or comparable platforms is advantageous.

• Experience in the home care industry is a plus.

• Reliable fiber internet with a recommended speed of 100/50 Mbps.

• Backup internet with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps.

• A quiet and suitable home workspace.
