Career Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Facilitate personalized coaching sessions and career consultations

• Assist participants with inquiries related to their careers

• Conduct online workshops and Q&A sessions on career and application subjects

• Professionally enhance application documents and instruct on strategic professional networking

• Aid participants in effectively positioning themselves in the job market and preparing for HR interviews

• Collaborate with the team to create the online career course on the learning platform

• Evaluate cover letters, résumés/CVs, and LinkedIn profiles

• Organize application processes and maintain quality assurance

• Manage career service workflows, including Slack reminders, workshop scheduling, and online events

• Serve as the liaison to Community Management within the Career & Community team

• Provide pertinent information for cross-team communications

• Moderate and oversee course events from the welcome session to the closing

• Ensure a consistently positive experience for course participants

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in (tech) recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent management, or career services

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities

• High degree of reliability

• Proactive and pragmatic work approach with a readiness to take on responsibility

• Innovative mindset and eagerness for new challenges

• Strong adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment

• Excellent service and solution orientation

• Passionate about education, career development, and working with people

• Proficient in German at a native speaker level

• Proficient in English at C1 level

• Experience in designing and delivering workshops is a plus

• Familiarity with or experience in the IT/tech sector is advantageous

• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or digital training tools is preferred

• Residency in Germany or Austria

• Willingness to travel approximately 3–4 times a year for team events and workshops in Berlin
