This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Offer expert guidance and support to Employment Advisors and clients pursuing professional, managerial, and senior-level job opportunities.
• Collaborate remotely with clients to enhance job search strategies, address employment barriers, and achieve sustainable career results.
• Deliver customized coaching and advice to assist clients in refining their job search techniques and advancing towards sustainable employment.
• Aid clients in CV creation, interview preparation, career planning, and navigating professional recruitment processes.
• Establish trusting relationships with clients and assist them in reaching their career objectives.
• Comprehend employer recruitment practices and labor market trends.
• Provide practical career guidance and develop relationships with employers and recruiters to create opportunities for clients.
• Work flexibly to accommodate the demands of the role, including occasional travel as necessary.
• Take responsibility for professional growth and engage in training and development initiatives.
• Manage personal and sensitive information in accordance with data protection regulations.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Contribute positively as an employee owner by supporting colleagues, clients, and organizational goals.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to the role.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or a related field.
• Experience assisting long-term unemployed jobseekers is a plus.
• Awareness of barriers to employment, including mental health and motivation challenges.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing targets in a performance-driven setting.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong "can-do" attitude.
• Genuine dedication to helping individuals attain sustainable employment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands.
• Confident self-starter with outstanding questioning, listening, and influencing abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the labor market and current recruitment practices.
• Proficient in IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and focused on achieving results.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in approach.
