This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist the care fee management team with various administrative and organizational responsibilities associated with remuneration processes.
• Organize, preserve, and archive essential contract and negotiation documents using the enaio document management system.
• Draft information and notification letters following approved templates, including resident information letters and notifications in accordance with Section 82 (4) of the German Social Code, Book XI (SGB XI).
• Maintain pricing and contract data while supporting benchmark analyses.
• Monitor the status of processing, deadlines, and pending responses.
• Remind both internal and external stakeholders regarding outstanding items.
• Coordinate signature workflows for care fee agreements.
• Ensure thorough and traceable document filing.
• Assist in enhancing templates, checklists, and digital processes.
• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Highly meticulous, structured, and dependable working style, especially when managing deadlines and sensitive documents.
• Ability to prioritize multiple cases while transparently tracking their status.
• Strong written communication skills and a keen interest in service-oriented collaboration.
• Good proficiency in the German language for accurately preparing formal correspondence.
• Experience in the care, healthcare, or social services sectors is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of SGB XI or SGB XII is advantageous.
• Familiarity with enaio or another document management system is a plus; specific software training will be provided during onboarding.
• Experience in data maintenance, contract management, or standardized correspondence processes is an advantage.
• A fully remote part-time or full-time role available within Germany.
