Care Concierge – Patient Intake Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for patients and their families through phone, email, and live chat.

• Organize and schedule diagnostic assessments.

• Gather and confirm intake details, insurance information, and necessary documentation.

• Follow up with patients about any missing forms or requirements for appointments.

• Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

• Keep precise records and documentation within internal systems.

• Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to address scheduling or workflow challenges.

• Research and offer resources for post-diagnosis support as needed.

• Recognize recurring operational challenges and propose improvements in workflow.

• Assist families in navigating evaluations, therapy, paperwork, insurance, intake requirements, next steps, and ongoing communication.

• Comfortable handling multiple conversations and tasks at once.

• Access to a backup power source and internet solution during outages.

• Availability to work primarily during US business hours.

• Ability to work independently within a structured remote workflow.

• Previous experience in healthcare support, patient coordination, or customer service is preferred.

• Experience in fast-paced remote environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Intercom, or EHR systems is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of healthcare or insurance terminology is preferred.
