This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide compassionate and tailored service to support each member's therapy experience.
• Assist members in understanding their options, overcoming obstacles, and advocating for necessary adjustments and services.
• Oversee both new and existing therapy cases.
• Ensure precise documentation and collaborate with providers, pharmacies, and internal teams.
• Track therapy progress and prioritize member requirements.
• Manage both inbound and outbound communications and casework.
• Address inquiries promptly and accurately through critical thinking.
• Anticipate potential challenges and adapt to evolving member needs.
• Maintain open, proactive communication with members, providers, and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships and guarantee satisfaction through professional and empathetic interactions.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector, emphasizing care coordination, member advocacy, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably including case management in healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, and evolving team environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing work conditions, and multitasking skills.
• A genuine passion for enhancing healthcare and assisting individuals, with a proven track record in a similar position.
• Outstanding communication skills with the capability to clearly explain the VIVIO Health program and its advantages.
• A responsible, dependable, and accountable work ethic.
• Keen attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability for a full-time schedule between 11:00 AM–8:00 PM ET or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM ET.
• Commitment to attend 3 weeks of training: 2 weeks virtually and 1 week in person in Hayward, CA.
• Willingness to travel to Hayward, CA, for training and collaborative efforts.
• Bilingual skills are advantageous.
