Capture Manager – XBAT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic sales, customer engagement, and capture initiatives for X-BAT and other advanced systems tailored for USMC markets.

• Take charge of the advanced system business development lifecycle for USMC clients, encompassing opportunity identification, complex deal closure, and the launch of early-stage programs.

• Direct programmatic capture actions for Advanced Systems related to Department of the Navy opportunities, emphasizing USMC programs.

• Lead and inform X-BAT and other advanced system capture initiatives, serving as the primary contact for program office interactions and design.

• Collaborate with acquisition offices to shape responses to solicitations.

• Propel teams towards securing multi-year strategic wins within the Department of the Navy and closing high-value contracts.

• Cultivate and sustain trusted relationships within program offices.

• Manage relationships with industry partners.

• Anticipate customer needs and influence policy, requirements, and solicitations to align with Shield AI portfolios.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of strategic capture and Department of the Navy acquisition experience.

• Extensive knowledge of Department of the Navy/USMC acquisition and/or requirements processes.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities, with a talent for cross-collaboration among technical and operational teams.

• Active Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred).

• DAWIA Program Manager - Advanced certification.

• Preferred advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

• Prior Navy/Marine Corps program capture experience within the last 5 years is preferred.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Position may necessitate access to export-controlled information and technology.

• Must be a United States citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or meet applicable export-control criteria.
