Capture Manager – XBAT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Shield AI’s engagement with acquisition offices by shaping and responding to solicitations.

• Propel teams towards securing strategic multi-year contracts within the Air Force and achieving high-value program wins.

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships within program offices.

• Manage relationships with industry partners.

• Anticipate client needs and influence policies, requirements, and solicitations to align with Shield AI's offerings.

• Lead capture efforts for programmatic actions related to Air Force opportunities.

• Guide, shape, and inform capture strategies for X-BAT and other advanced systems.

• Act as Shield AI’s primary representative for interaction with program offices and design initiatives.

• Drive strategic sales, customer engagement, capture initiatives, adoption, and revenue generation for Shield AI technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic capture or Air Force acquisition.

• In-depth understanding of Air Force acquisition and/or requirements processes.

• Experience with emerging technologies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and operational teams.

• Active Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred).

• DAWIA Program Manager - Advanced certification required.

• An advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience with Air Force program capture within the last 5 years is preferred.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• May require eligibility as a United States citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual for access to export-controlled information.
