Capital Markets Analyst I – Warehouse Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide analytical and operational support for the management of the bank’s warehouse lending operations.

• Oversee daily activities related to warehouse lending and reporting, including the preparation of advance/paydown requests and the review of borrowing base and compliance reports.

• Assist in the evaluation of warehouse lending term sheets and legal documentation.

• Evaluate deal risk and return metrics.

• Prepare deal approval documentation and presentations for the bank’s Executive Credit Committee.

• Develop and implement controls, mitigation strategies, testing, and oversight for the warehouse lending operations.

• Conduct and present periodic reviews on current warehouse lending agreements.

• Identify and adopt new concepts, best practices, and strategies for enhancing warehouse lending reporting and managing operational and credit risk.

• Lead the creation of performance reporting for warehouse lending and oversee credit risk management.

• Assist with third-party audits related to warehouse lending finances and operations.

• Support structured finance transaction due diligence, financial modeling, risk management, and legal documentation efforts.

• Conduct detailed financial analyses and aid in the development of complex transaction models.

• Support the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Capital Markets with assigned responsibilities.

• Execute other tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.

• Pursuing an MBA and/or CFA designation is advantageous.

• 0–2 years of experience in Warehouse Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Structured Credit, Specialty Lending, and/or Investment Banking.

• Recent graduates will be considered.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
