This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Act as the primary contact for the comprehensive commercialization of DePuy Synthes capital platforms within the Spine division.
• Create and implement quarterly business strategies for targeted accounts and the designated capital equipment portfolio.
• Forge strong relationships with clinical and economic advocates at both new and existing accounts.
• Identify and capitalize on capital sales and program opportunities within the assigned region.
• Develop capital offerings, which include rental, lease, and shared shifts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Propel the growth of implant sales.
• Present and negotiate capital pricing along with program performance terms to customers.
• Assist new customers in the clinical adoption of selected technologies.
• Support customers in achieving their clinical and economic objectives while enhancing customer retention.
• Maintain a high level of expertise regarding assigned capital equipment products, industry trends, and market dynamics.
• Complete all required training in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business partners to develop customer- and product-specific sales strategies.
• Accurately and promptly report complaints and technical issues in accordance with established procedures.
• Be prepared to travel on short notice to assist customers with technical product or service challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, or 8 years of relevant professional work experience, or 8 years of military experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in capital equipment sales, marketing, or commercialization is essential.
• A valid Driver’s License is required as part of the role.
• Proven ability to learn and effectively communicate technical product and clinical knowledge regarding disease states to both surgeons and economic decision-makers.
• Experience with highly complex technical systems and/or in critical patient care environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75%, including overnight trips within the assigned territory.
• Must work in a hospital or ASC environment, attend live patient cases, and wear necessary protective equipment, such as lead aprons.
• Capability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift/move products weighing up to 60 lbs.
• A self-motivated individual who excels with autonomy and applies critical problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
