Canada Post Representative, Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide support to customers through phone and chat regarding delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general service inquiries.

• Manage multiple chat interactions while adhering to service standards.

• Increase chat concurrency from 1 chat during the initial 2 days, to a maximum of 2 chats from days 3 to 10, and 3 chats from day 11 onwards.

• Professionally handle incoming calls with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.

• Accurately record customer interactions and follow established processes while using various tools.

• Adapt to changing customer needs and support requirements across calls, chat, or both based on business demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual (French/English), capable of interacting with both French- and English-speaking individuals in Canada.

• Expected to answer calls in English 50% to 80% of the time.

• Typing speed of 40+ WPM with a focus on accuracy.

• Available to work full-time, up to 40 hours per week.

• Must reside within the designated hiring area.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum of 25 MBPS).

• A dedicated, quiet workspace that is free from distractions.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate and address customer concerns.

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
