Campus Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Adhere to a comprehensive recruitment strategy and procedures while incorporating your unique approach to meet and surpass individual targets.

• Advocate for and promote the Campus Manager position via outbound recruiting initiatives, including phone calls, emails, and text messages.

• Evaluate potential candidates for the Campus Manager role.

• Arrange initial prospecting meetings with the internal Interviewing team.

• Collaborate with the Recruiting Team Manager and fellow Campus Recruiters to achieve quarterly recruitment objectives.

• Compile a weekly report detailing recruitment metrics.

• Coordinate with interview and training teams.

• Assist in sourcing, qualifying, and converting skilled students into Campus Managers.

• Report directly to the Recruiting Team Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities, accompanied by a neutral accent.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal and people skills.

• Experience with LinkedIn recruiting is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience.

• At least 1 year of outbound sales and marketing experience.

• Detail-oriented and thorough in work execution.

• Self-driven and enthusiastic about working on various projects.

• Proactive attitude.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.
