This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Assist in executing Retailer and CPG-funded Shopper Marketing initiatives utilizing the proprietary shelfAdz® media solution.
• Take independent ownership of responsibilities for one or more client accounts and specific areas of focus.
• Collaborate with sales, client services, programming, IT, creative, delivery, and production teams.
• Establish and nurture relationships with process owners across both client and Avery Dennison functional divisions.
• Strategically plan, organize, and oversee project timelines until completion.
• Clearly communicate realistic expectations to both internal and external cross-functional team members.
• Ensure all deliverables are error-free, resulting in an exceptional client experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for designated clients when applicable.
• Manage daily client relations and address any questions or issues from clients or internal partners.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and address business process inefficiencies or inaccuracies.
• Assess when to escalate concerns and propose solutions to Senior Sales Support and Sales Operations management.
• Evaluate performance against process requirements, service level agreements, and quality objectives.
• Offer best-practice recommendations.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant business experience and/or training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 2–3 years of relevant business experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in the media/retail promotions industry is advantageous.
• Exceptional oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently and effectively present information to clients, employees, and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly organized with minimal supervision in a remote work setting.
• A strong service-level orientation and keen attention to detail.
• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug screening post-offer.
• Must undergo video and/or in-person interviews and may be required to provide a brief photo for identity verification.
