This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, launch, and enhance multi-channel demand generation initiatives that cultivate a qualified sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Events team to boost booth traffic, capture and follow up on leads, and assess event effectiveness.
• Design and implement webinar marketing campaigns across various channels including email, paid media, SDR outreach, and social media.
• Work alongside Product Marketing and Content teams on messaging and creative materials.
• Oversee post-webinar follow-up processes and facilitate SDR handoff.
• Evaluate and enhance webinar registration, attendance, engagement, and resulting pipeline.
• Implement and refine LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, content syndication, and other paid initiatives.
• Manage budgets for paid media, audience targeting, and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Formulate nurture strategies and execute HubSpot campaigns, workflows, and automation in collaboration with Marketing Operations.
• Create audience segments based on behaviors, lifecycle stages, firmographics, and buying intent.
• Track and report on lead flow, conversion rates, and metrics for campaign performance.
• Design and conduct A/B tests across messaging, target audiences, channels, landing pages, and creative content.
• Investigate new channels, AI capabilities, and technologies to enhance performance.
• Assess opportunities to boost brand visibility across search engines, AI-driven discovery platforms, social media, and online communities.
• Establish yourself as a reliable source of campaign insights across the Buyer, Supplier, and Planning sectors.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management.
• Practical experience with a marketing automation platform; HubSpot is preferred.
• Proven experience in supporting webinars, conferences, and event-driven campaigns.
• Background in B2B SaaS, GovTech, or procurement sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content development, research, campaign optimization, and workflow automation.
• Authorization to work in the United States; work visa or transfer sponsorship is not provided.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and familiarity with GEO.
• Experience in account-based marketing.
• Direct experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of Salesforce reporting.
