Campaign Fundraising Manager – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive the growth of peer-to-peer fundraising across a multi-regional territory to meet revenue and participant recruitment targets.

• Implement fundraising strategies and campaign initiatives that promote revenue growth and boost participant engagement.

• Build and nurture relationships with fundraisers to enhance engagement, fundraising success, and long-term commitment.

• Conduct outreach through phone, email, and virtual channels to attract participants and stimulate fundraising efforts.

• Mentor and support fundraisers to help them reach and surpass their fundraising objectives.

• Track campaign performance, monitor key metrics, and deliver regular updates on revenue forecasts and progress.

• Collaborate with regional teams to pinpoint opportunities for recruitment, engagement, and revenue expansion.

• Recruit, develop, and assist fundraisers throughout the duration of the campaign.

• Manage and engage fundraisers to optimize engagement, retention, and fundraising outcomes.

• Supply fundraisers with necessary resources, tools, incentives, and continuous support.

• Acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of fundraisers.

• Promote a positive volunteer experience and reinforce lasting connections to Blood Cancer United and its mission.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the Blood Cancer United mission and its programs.

• Perform additional related duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, communications, or event planning.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management systems.

• Knowledgeable about digital, social media, and emerging online platforms.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

• Comfortable with cold calling.

• Detail-oriented with strong professional judgment.

• Ability to work full-time, totaling 35 hours a week.
