Campaign & Field Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the VP of Marketing.

• Take ownership of campaigns and field activations from conception to execution.

• Drive marketing strategy and activation for up to five Tier 1 strategic global events annually across key locations, including the US, the Middle East, and Amsterdam.

• Influence the generation of sales pipeline, enhance customer engagement, and facilitate strategic account growth.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations.

• Establish objectives, execution strategies, and commercial outcomes for events.

• Develop comprehensive event activation plans that align with broader campaigns and business objectives.

• Implement pre-event, on-site, and post-event marketing initiatives.

• Identify target accounts, customers, and prospects alongside Sales teams, and devise targeted engagement plans.

• Coordinate speakers, content, executive meetings, customer experiences, and supporting campaigns.

• Brief and manage external agencies, event organizers, and suppliers.

• Ensure that content, messaging, and marketing assets are prepared for events.

• Oversee on-site activations and act as the primary marketing contact during live events.

• Lead post-event follow-up, track results, measure campaign performance, and report on pipeline metrics.

• Capture insights to enhance future Tier 1 event strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry.

• Proven experience in event management, field marketing, campaign management, or experiential/event marketing in a B2B context, preferably in SaaS or technology.

• Demonstrated success in delivering comprehensive integrated campaigns from initial brief through execution and measurement.

• Proactive mindset complemented by strong project management skills.

• Emphasis on measuring outcomes rather than just completing tasks.

• Established track record of driving projects across teams and with external partners.

• Commercial awareness and analytical skills focused on sales pipeline and ROI metrics.

• Experience in planning and executing regional and international events.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, Canva, or equivalent platforms.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive progress independently while fostering cross-functional relationships.

• Willingness to travel internationally for up to five Tier 1 events each year.
