📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts along with the team responsible for their delivery.

• Act as the primary senior contact for clients, overseeing net revenue retention, renewals, expansions, and any revenue at risk.

• Direct the execution of campaigns across the portfolio, ensuring timely and on-scope delivery that meets KPIs.

• Oversee the performance, standards, development, resourcing, and workload of the Campaign Manager.

• Handle gross profit margin, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and cost management effectively.

• Identify client stakeholders and manage communications accordingly.

• Establish account strategy, expansion plans, and renewal strategies.

• Take charge of commercial terms, scopes, budgets, executive reporting, QBRs, and EBRs.

• Manage account risks and escalate complex campaign and influencer challenges as needed.

• Set production standards for casting, negotiations, briefing workflows, and escalations.

• Define influencer strategy, including casting direction, negotiation, rates, and re-engagement of top performers.

• Lead post-campaign analyses, internal post-mortems, and the creation of PCA decks.

• Collaborate with teams in Sales, Legal, Product, and Strategy.

• Represent campaign delivery at a senior level internally.

• Relay client needs, pain points, and feature requests back to the Product team.

• Report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on casting and production.

• Strong fluency with relevant platforms.

• Proven senior management of accounts exceeding $500,000 with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

• Demonstrated accountability for net revenue retention in major client relationships.

• A successful track record in leading, managing, and developing teams.

• Commercial acumen, including understanding agency economics, margins, and resource allocation.

• Operational capability to create systems rather than relying on workarounds.

• Practical experience with AI in professional work.

• Ability to communicate clearly at all organizational levels.

• High standards paired with humility.

• Availability based in the EST timezone.

• Legal right to work in the specified location; visa and sponsorship status to be disclosed as necessary.
