Campaign Associate – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer outreach and selection, identifying and inviting leading creators to engage in campaigns.

• Provide curated recommendations of top creators for clients, ensuring a strong alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.

• Manage influencer partnerships, which encompasses negotiating terms, establishing campaign specifics, supervising content approvals, handling product fulfillment, and processing payments.

• Assist Campaign Managers in project coordination to guarantee campaigns operate smoothly and successfully.

• Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics.

• Gather platform analytics to produce insights and support learnings for future campaigns.

• Keep abreast of social media trends and strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, communications, digital marketing, or related areas.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a proven track record of resourcefulness.

• Capable of communicating and presenting information effectively and succinctly, both within a team environment and to clients externally.

• Proven initiative to propose and implement innovative ideas.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Competent in recognizing necessary steps to complete assigned tasks and executing them with minimal guidance.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities as needed.

• A BA degree or higher is strongly preferred.
