This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Participate in an 11-day training program, which includes 6 days of theoretical instruction and 5 days of on-the-job training (OJT)

• Operate in a fully remote work environment

• Manage initial hiring through Service Location – Fee Receipt

• Receive payments on the last day of each month; commissions and bonuses are disbursed the following month

• At least 3 months of experience in Call Center sales

• Access to a PC or laptop

• Operating system: Windows 10

• Processor: Core i3 5th generation or equivalent and above

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM

• Wired internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps

• USB headset required

• Camera must be on during training sessions

• RUC

• SUNAT user and password for SOL

• Completed secondary education

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday

• Less than 1 year of professional experience

• Unlimited commissions with no cap

• Retention bonus of up to S/ 200

• Training payment: S/ 120 for 6 days of induction
