This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• First-level inbound support for current customers

• Technical assistance for television, telephone, and internet-related issues

• Product consultation based on customer needs and optimization of contracts

• Engagement in sales with every interaction

• Participation in a paid training program lasting 3 weeks, with fixed early shifts from Monday to Friday

• Operating under a two-shift system, with the shift schedule communicated several weeks in advance

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment

• Preferably, experience in technical services within the telecommunications sector

• At least 1 year of experience in sales

• Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets

• Availability to work 40 hours per week across a 5-day workweek

• Flexibility to work a two-shift system from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

• Capacity to work every second weekend

• No other secondary employment commitments

• Excellent German language proficiency at C1 level

• Experience in support and sales roles; career changers are not considered
